Now I love HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts, but one of the things I encountered when I first started working out was the damage it can cause your knees if you're not used to high impact workouts. So we found a low impact video for you to try. Now you can still HIIT it hard and have a workout that's easy on your knees.
